It's that time of year again when grills all across America fire up for action. Along side the usual cuts of meat, sausages and assorted poultry you will find veggies of all kinds. My taste buds are deeply tuned to meats of variety and have always had a low opinion of vegetables. Then I was introduced to a flame roasted brussel sprout. Did you hear me a brussel sprout!
